The launch of a postgraduate level Advanced Qualification Program in Deep Learning was announced by IISc and TalentSprint. This 10-month executive education curriculum is ideally suited to aspiring and practicing professionals in artificial intelligence and machine learning who want to develop expertise in voice, text, image, and video deep learning and master applications, including hardware optimization.
A team of over 10 interdisciplinary faculty from IISc and TalentSprint will teach participants, including the option of bringing their own projects, through live and immersive online classes and mentor them as they learn hands-on through curated industry capstones. The curriculum will encourage participants to create a portfolio that shows their learning.
What will be taught in Deep Learning in the IISc and TalentSprint Certification Program
The following are some of the subjects that will be discussed for a span of ten months:
- Path of the Bridge (programming and mathematical preliminaries)
- Mathematical foundations and visualization of knowledge
- Machine Learning Paradigms
- Deep learning and the implementations thereof
- Deploying applications of artificial intelligence
Professor Chiranjib Bhattacharya, Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science & Automation and Dean of the Advanced Deep Learning Program, IISc, announced the programme: “Deep Learning is increasingly being used to extract valuable insights from huge amounts of data, create innovative products and enhance customer experience, thereby increasing revenue opportunities.” This has contributed to a significant increase in the need for professionals with deep learning skills. The need will be fulfilled by this programme. Our team of research faculty will teach and mentor participants and help them build expertise in both the fundamentals and applications of Deep Learning.”
“At TalentSprint, our focus has always been to offer transformative high-end and deep-tech learning programmes,” said Dr. Santanu Paul, co-founder and CEO of TalentSprint. We are glad to announce our third programme in Deep Learning with IISc, India’s leading institution. This curriculum was specifically developed for working professionals interested in unleashing the potential of profound learning in their careers. This realistic curriculum will put together lectures from IISc’s top academic professors, hands-on laboratories and projects funded by mentors from the industry.
For the first cohort, which begins in March 2021, the Advanced Qualification Program in Deep Learning is available for applications. All who want to know more about the program are encouraged to go for more information via the official website.
